Orlando Pirates midfielder Manti Moholo informed the Siya crew that his teammates are all working harder and will be even braver in their CAF Champions League battle with Esperance this Saturday.
Moholo has been waiting patiently to receive regular game-time at Bucs but the midfielder hasn’t managed to feature on a regular basis.
Bucs have great depth in their squad with tough competition in all positions, which is instrumental in pushing the performance of the starting 11 even harder.
All of Bucs’ players are over the MTN8 final loss to Platinum Stars according to Moholo and he says that everyone has a new look about them leading up to the CAF Champions League this Saturday.
Moholo told Soccer-Laduma, “On Monday it was clear that everyone was feeling disappointed about the loss but the very next day everyone was up for it and ready to go again. There is just something about the team that looks like everyone is ready to play even harder they anyone has seen a Pirates team play.”
Bucs face a difficult few weeks which could see them in the CAF Champions League final, as well as qualification into the next round of the Telkom Knockout.
“We have plenty of football to play in the next few weeks. The great attitude that the guys have is going to give the team a big push to pursue more trophies,” added Moholo.
