Eric Tinkler is the reason behind Thandani “Bibo” Ntshumayelo’s recent inspired performances in a Bucs jersey, according to the stocky midfielder.
In the later stages of 2014 towards the end of Vladimir Vermezovic's reign as Bucs coach, Bibo saw his league appearances diminish as the Serbian was in favour of Issa Sarr, however in the New Year, the midfielder has been a midfield inspiration for his side, bagging the Man-of-the-Match award against Tornado FC in the Nedbank Cup and in their most recent league win against Chippa United.
“It’s the coach, it’s nice to play for a coach who believes in you. It makes you excel as a player,” said the 24-year-old.
“Coach Tinkler knows how to bring the best out of us and that's why you even see new players like Thabo Rakhale showing so much confidence.”
Tinkler has taken his Bucs side to 11 games unbeaten in all competitions.
