Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder, Keagan Buchanan, says he has not heard anything regarding SuperSport United’s supposed interest in him.
The pocket-sized player joined Phunya Sele Sele at the beginning of the season and, after a few games into the season, he is said to have attracted the attention of Matsatsantsa a Pitori head coach Cavin Johnson, who is reportedly keen to bring him to the Tshwane side.
The two worked together in Ajax Cape Town’s junior structures and have enjoyed a great relationship over the years. However, Celtic will be keen to hold on to their player, who has four years left on his contract.
When asked about SuperSport’s interest in him, Buchanan said, “I honestly don’t know about it. No one has come to me and said anything about it. If I hear anything I’ll let you know.”
