The Siya crew recently reported that Botswana’s young sensation, Resaobaka Thatanyane, has caught the attention of PSL clubs with his scintillating performances in recent matches in Botswana.

The 19-year-old is one of the players who was called up by Botswana national team coach, Major David Bright to his preliminary squad for the COSAFA competition, although, in the end, it was other selection decisions that were preferred by the technical team.

The player’s representative, from Atlegang Sports Tebogo Ramasilo, has confirmed that SuperSport is one of the teams keen on the 19-year-old.

“We are talking to few teams, including SuperSport United, and we hope to seal a deal soon. He is the future. At 19 years he is already the captain of the Under-20s. He started playing in the Premier League (Botswana) at the age of 15 years,” Ramasilo told the Siya crew.
