Aubrey Modiba: 7/10
Modiba was exciting to watch on the right wing. His pace and trickery was a handful for Amakhosi.
Sipho Mbule: 7/10
The Matsatsantsa youngster was buzzing going forward. His energy and forcefulness nearly brought the goal for his side but he was denied by Mzansi's number one in Itumeleng Khune.
Siphiwe Tshabalala: 7/10
Shabba's maturity is beneficial for Amakhosi in the last third. His composure in setting up teammates almost handed Willard Katsande a goal but the Zimbabwean fluffed a wonderful opportunity with a header just after the break.
Daniel Cardoso: 7/10
Cardoso was tight at the back for Amakhosi. He hardly made any errors. Big performance from the centre-back.
Morgan Gould: 7.5/10
Gould was named the official Man of the Match. He was solid at the back and didn't shy away from tackles.
Reneilwe Letsholonyane: 7/10
"Yeye" played a good game giving the young Mbule space to go forward while pulling the strings in the middle of the park.
Gustavo Paez: 4.5/10
Paez only showed up in the first quarter of the match and disappeared thereafter.
George Maluleka: 4.5/10
Maluleka could not deal with the pace of Mbule in midfield and was lacklustre going forward.
Hendrick Ekstein: 5/10
Ekstein, like Paez, showed glimpses of brilliance in the first 15 minutes but played in patches thereafter. He needs to work on his consistency during matches.
Joseph Molangoane: 5/10
The pint-sized midfielder was kept back in his own half by Modiba on the right wing back and could not make his overlapping runs and therefore not effective enough from Amakhosi's perspective.
