Issa Sarr: 7/10
The Senegalese midfielder put in an impressive showing on the night. He did well to protect the back four and put in a few vital tackles.
Abbubaker Mobara: 7/10
Moved to the center of the defensive, and he put in a superb showing. He was composed on the ball and did well to frustrate Razak.
Patrick Tignyemb: 6.5/10
Tignyemb has been Celtic's saviour on numerous occasions in the past, and he produced a couple vital saves to keep his side in the game against Pirates.
Wandisile Letlabika: 6.5/10
The Celtic skipper put in a solid showing in the defence and did well to nullify the Pirates attacks.
Didier Lebri: 6.5/10
The Ivorian impressed on his Celtic debut. Despite looking a bit off pace, he managed to hold his own in the middle of the park.
Musa Nyatama: 6.5/10
Nyatama did well in the Celtic midfield and was involved in a lot positive aspects going forward. He also hit the woodwork in the first half.
Tendai Ndoro: 4/10
Restored to the line up, but was ineffective in the 18-yard area and cut a frustrated figure throughout.
Mpho Makola: 4/10
Not the best of performances by his standards. He also squandered a good chance late in the second half.
Thabo Rakhale: 4/10
Rakhale had a very quiet game down the right flank and had no effect going forward.
Fiston Abdoul Razak: 4/10
It proved to be a frustrating evening for the Celtic, who failed to impose himself against the Pirates central defenders.
