Luvuyo Memela: 7/10
Made a return to the line up, and he was a handful down the the right flank throughout the clash. He also picked up the Man of the Match award.
Musa Nyatama: 6.5/10
Nyatama saw a lot of the ball in the middle of the park and he also netted the winning goal against his former employers.
Thamsanqa Sangweni: 6.5/10
Much like Memela, Sangweni returned to line up after a spell out. The midfielder made a couple rash tackles but was solid throughout the 90 minutes
Justice Chabalala: 7/10
Chabalala played a key role in frustrating the Celtic attackers as Pirates kept a clean sheet.
Lantshene Phalane: 6.5/10
One of Celtic's better performers on the day. He made his presence felt in the midfield and was not afraid to get stuck in.
Thabo Matlaba: 6/10
Reverted back to his usual full-back spot, Matlaba provided a real threat going forward. He was also solid defensively.
Deon Hotto: 4/10
Hardly had any joy against Nyauza and failed to create any chances for the home side.
Ndumiso Mabena: 4/10
Looked lively in stages, but did not do enough to test the Pirates defence.
Victor Letsoalo: 4/10
Barely offered anything in the attack and was replaced midway through the second half.
Roggert Nyundu: 4/10
Came on early in the second half, but failed to make any impact in the final third.
