Best:

Denis Onyango: 6.5/10

The Sundowns goalkeeper had a decent day in office, as he commanded his area and was key to keeping a clean sheet.

James Okwuosa: 7/10

The Nigerian defender was solid for Chippa throughout. He protected his goalkeeper well and got the Man of the Match award.

Anele Ngcongca: 7/10

Ngcongca got a rare start today but made the most of it. He was a welcome addition to the Sundowns rearguard, winning his key battles.

Tiyani Mabunda: 6/10

Mabunda was in control of the midfield and he, along with Hlompo Kekana, ensured Sundowns’ moves flowed throughout the game.

Hlompho Kekana: 6.5/10

Captain fantastic. The Bafana Bafana international was in great form today as he played a crucial role in the Sundowns midfield.

Mpho Mvelase: 6/10

Mvelase was contesting his battles well and put in a good shift for Chippa down the left flank.

Worst:

Sibusiso Vilakazi: 5/10

Vilakazi has been blowing hot and cold and his recent performances have left a lot to be desired.

Moeketsi Sekola: 4.5/10

It just was not Sekola’s day today. He could have really done a lot better to help his team

Paseka Mako: 4.5/10

Did not perform as expected today. When called upon he normally delivers but could have done more for his team.

Oupa Manyisa: 5/10

Sundowns fans are still waiting to see the best of Manyisa. Ace need to step it up a notch.
