News coming out of the Moroka Swallows camp is that midfielder Tshwarelo Bereng has been ruled out of Saturday’s Telkom Knockout clash against University of Pretoria.

According to Swallows' coach, Zeca Marques, Bereng injured his thigh at training last week. “The doctors say Bereng will be out for at least two weeks,” Marques told the Siya crew.
“He has been coming in off the bench, so I don’t think his absence will have any impact on the team’s performance in the Telkom Knockout. I also have guys like Dikgang Mabalane and Nkosinathi Ogle who can come in and do the job for us, so I’m not that worried,” added Marques.
