Cape Town City head coach, Benni McCarthy, says that he remains positive about their upcoming encounter after the return of one of his wingers.
Aubrey Ngoma made his first appearance of the 2017/18 season in a 2-2 draw against Golden Arrows on Saturday, November 25 and speaking on the club’s social media account, Head Coach McCarthy said that he was happy with the player’s performance as it gives his side a boost going into their next league encounter.
"The biggest positive for me right now is that Aubrey is back! What he showed out there against Arrows was enough for me to think that he's ready to play a bigger role in the next game,” McCarthy said on City’s Twitter account.
City will host Maritzburg United at the Athlone Stadium next week, December 05, where they will once again aim for the number one spot on the Absa Premiership league standings.
