Kaizer Chiefs coach, Stuart Baxter, has revealed he is impressed by the application and quality being shown by the club's new signing, George Maluleka. The Glamour Boys signed the 25-year-old on a three-and-a-half year deal in early January, and he already seems to have made a good impression at Naturena.

The technically-gifted central midfielder could have a role to play in Chiefs' potentially massive clash against Mamelodi Sundowns in the league this evening. However, Baxter would not confirm or deny whether he would be using the former SuperSport United star in his starting line-up.
Nonetheless, the English coach did confirm he was very pleased with the hunger and desire demonstrated by his new signing. He told the club's official website, "George Maluleka, our new signee has raised his hand and demonstrated hunger to play since he arrived at the club. The line-up (against Sundowns) will depend on the rotation of the team as we are facing a hectic schedule ahead."
Amakhosi hit-man, Bernard Parker, has also expressed his belief in Maluleka's abilities. He told Soccer-Laduma in edition 854, "He is a good player. I haven't spent a lot of time with him because I had to report for duty with the national team, but he is a young and talented player."
