Jurie Basie and Salmaan King look set to join Free State Stars to try and help the side improve its position on the Absa Premiership table.
The two players have been training with the Bethlehem outfit, as the club’s interim coach, Themba Sithole and his assistant Kinnah Phiri prepare to strengthen the team for the second half of the 2013/14 season.
According to a source at Ea Lla Koto, things look promising for the two players at the club.
“The guys are still here. They are looking good. What I have noticed is that the guys are more involved in almost everything done by the team, although there has been no announcement of their signing yet. It looks like they are in the plans. I think they can help us,” said the source.
Stars were recently crowned the champions of the Prime Minister Charity Cup in Lesotho, as Sithole and his side took their preparations for the rest of the season to another level last weekend.
