Barca Keeper Hails 'Super Nice' Experience In SA

FC Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen has revealed he thoroughly enjoyed the experience on his first trip to South Africa.

The Catalan giants recorded a 3-1 win over the Absa Premiership champions in the Nelson Mandela Centenary Cup at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday evening. 
The Barça shot-stopper was thankful that the fans at the stadium supported both teams the same way.
“It’s a super nice experience for every one of us, I’m happy that we won the match in the end,” Ter Stegen told SuperSport TV.
“It was about the experience but it’s always good to get the victory it was important for the fans.
“It was not only about the match but about the experience, the ambiance and seeing the people here I’m so happy for this experience.
“It’s amazing because in the end, they supported both teams the same way this is how it should be for a match like this.
“Thank you for the support it was a great experience for every one of us hopefully we will come back soon.”
