Bafana Bafana’s upcoming friendly with Lesotho has been moved from Saturday, June 1, to Sunday June 2.
A statement from the South African Football Association (SAFA) confirmed the rescheduled date for the fixture, and explained Gordon Igesund and his travelling squad’s busy timetable, for the upcoming weeks.
Igesund’s camp will begin in Johannesburg on May 29, before the team leaves for Lesotho on June 1 to play a friendly at Maseru Stadium in the country's capital.
Following the friendly, the team will return to South Africa briefly, before flying out to Yaoundé, Cameroon, to face the Central Africa Republic (June 8) in the first of two FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Bafana will continue to camp in Cameroon until June 15, whereafter they will head out to Addis Ababa to take on Ethiopia (June 16).
South Africa will then return to Mzansi on June 17, after taking part in three games in two weeks.
