The South African Football Association (SAFA) confirmed that Bafana Bafana have arrived in Agadir ahead of the game against Morocco on Friday.
Bafana travelled to Morocco on Monday for the international friendly against the West Africans, as Gordon Igesund continues the process of building a strong team for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
“After a long flight, with three transit stopovers, Bafana Bafana arrived in the coastal city of Agadir, Morocco on Tuesday evening (08 October 2013).
"The Senior Men’s National Team left home on Monday night and their flight took them through Cairo, Egypt and Casablanca before heading for the final destination of Agadir where the friendly international will be played on Friday,” safa.net revealed.
The South Africans are expected to have their first training session in Morocco today. The game on Friday is scheduled to start at 21h00 South African time.
