Orlando Pirates' poor form on the domestic front continued as they suffered a narrow 1-0 loss to Jomo Cosmos at Olen Park.
Versatile defender Ayanda Gcaba expressed his disappointed by his team’s failure to convert their many chances on goal.
"You saw how we played. You saw how many chances we created but we just failed to score and we even missed a penalty, " Gcaba told the Siya crew.
“We could have played the whole day and night but I don't think we would have scored. It wasn't our day. We gave it our all but luck was not on our side. We gave to go back and work on our game and make sure we bounce back in our next game," he concluded.
Pirates are currently 11th in the PSL standings with just 16 points after 14 games, and next host perennial rivals Kaizer Chiefs in the Soweto Derby.
