News reaching the Siya crew is that AmaZulu are still hoping to make another signing to end what has been a busy period for the side during the January transfer window.
According to a high-ranking source at the KZN outfit, the club is still interested in signing Vuyisile Wana to replace Sthembiso Ngcobo who left for Wits.
“We are still looking for a striker. We lost Sthembiso and that means we need to get someone as a replacement. There are things that the two clubs (AmaZulu and Santos) didn’t agree on and we are still monitoring that one. The negotiations are still ongoing in the hope that an agreement will be reached in the end,” said the source.
AmaZulu recently completed the signing of Tsepho Liphoko from Orlando Pirates.
Liphoko joined John Arwuah, Nhlanhla Shabalala, Ruzaigh Gamildien and Keamogetse Wolff on the list of new players at AmaZulu.
