AmaZulu confirmed signing Simphiwe Mtsweni and Tebogo Moerane to strengthen Cavin Johnson’s squad for the 2017/18 season.
Mtsweni has joined the Durban-based side as a free agent, after parting ways with Free State Stars.
Moerane was previously on the books of reigning Absa Premiership champions, Bidvest Wits. Usuthu confirmed the details of the two players’ contracts.
“AmaZulu have completed the signing of Tebogo Moerane (23) and Simphiwe Mtsweni and who both signed 2 and a half year deals after a short assessment with the KZN club.
“The latest transfer activity means Usuthu have addressed any void in the squad from a natural left back point of view.
“Moarane said he is excited by the prospect of furthering his career with Usuthu this season after playing 15 games with Bidvest Wits last season,” AmaZulu confirmed on the club’s website.
