The AmaZulu duo of Siyabonga Vilane and Belux Kasonga have jetted out of the country to attend trials in Thailand. The two players are keen to further their careers abroad after seeing no competitive action in the PSL this season.
The players’ agent, Ali Tlhoaele of KN Sports and Virgin Talent, confirmed with the Siya crew that the two are set to attend trials in Thailand, with a number of options on the cards.
“There are two players from AmaZulu that have been invited in Thailand for trials. Belux Kasonga and Siyabonga Vilane. The players left the country on Wednesday. They will train with a club in the Premier League in Thailand. There are a couple of teams that are looking for players in Thailand and it will depend who will want them more,” said Tlhoaele.
The two players will hope to emulate Tangeni Shipahu and sign for a club in Thailand. The Namibian international signed with Osotspa Saraburi last year, after parting ways with Usuthu.
