AmaZulu are back in the Premier Soccer League, with the club management having successfully bought Thanda Royal Zulu's PSL status.

Earlier this week, on Tuesday, the Siya crew reported that Usuthu’s return to Mzansi’s topflight was imminent. The PSL had confirmed that the sale of Thanda Royal Zulu’s PSL status to AmaZulu was likely to be finalised this week.

It has now been confirmed to the Siya crew that the sale has been approved and that AmaZulu will be campaigning in the PSL in the 2017/18 season.
