Ajax Cape Town have released defender Keamogetse Wolff after deciding that he was no longer in the club’s plans.
The Siya crew recently reported that the 24-year-old’s future at Ajax was looking bleak and that he had been told that he could begin his search for another club.
Now, on the club’s official website, Ajax have confirmed that the former Jomo Cosmos and Bloemfontein Celtic man had been handed his clearance from the club.
The statement on the club’s site read, “Ajax Cape Town wishes to announce that Keamogetse Wolff has been released from the club. We would like to wish him all the best for his football career.”
Wolff will now have to begin his search for a new side, however due to his clearance being handed to him, he will no longer be restricted by the PSL transfer window that is set to close within the next hour.
