Ajax Cape Town will once again visit the Gauteng High Court where they will continue on their pursuit of Premier Soccer League football next season.
The club has officially confirmed that they will return to court on Tuesday, July 24 where they will interdict the start of the 2018/19 Absa Premiership league campaign, doing so with just over a week of the confirmed date that the Premier Soccer League set in place.
The PSL confirmed this month that they will be appealing Judge Denis Fischer’s ruling of setting aside Advocate William Mokhari’s award of docking points from Ajax.
The league also confirmed that after a board of Directors meeting, the Absa Premiership will be underway on 03/04 of August, despite the circumstances.
However, Ajax have since retaliated by confirming that they will be interdicting the start of the league, with the Urban Warriors since confirming that they will return to court next week Tuesday, July 24.
