Ajax Cape Town CEO, Ari Efstathiou has confirmed that the DRC hearing regarding Tendai Ndoro’s registration is still ongoing.
Last week, the Urban Warriors requested an urgent meeting with the DRC for this Monday, to get a declaratory order that will confirm that Ndoro will be able to play for the rest of the season.
The player is believed to have contravened FIFA’s regulations, by playing official matches for a third club in one season.
However, sources close to the PSL have subsequently revealed that Ajax believe that they are not in contravention of any FIFA law and are currently waiting on the outcome of the DRC.
As reported earlier by the Siya crew, the Premier Soccer League’s Head of Communication, Luxolo September confirmed to Soccer Laduma that there is still no outcome regarding the matter involving Ndoro, which is currently with the DRC.
In addition, Ajax’s CEO Ari Efstathiou, confirmed to the crew that the DRC continued today.
“DRC continuing today at 1 pm,” was all Efstathiou said.
