Absa Premiership Resumes, Five Players Suspended

The Absa Premiership will resume action this weekend and the Premier Soccer League has confirmed that five players and a coach will be missing out on this weekend’s fixtures.

Bidvest Wits will lock horns with Free State Stars on Friday at the Wits Stadium, as the Clever Boys look to move away from the bottom of the league standings.

However, Ea Lla Koto will be without the services of Nhlanhla Vilakazi, Patric Phungwayo and fitness coach, Riedoh Berdien.

In more suspensions, Chippa United will go into this weekend’s encounter against AmaZulu FC without the services of Zitha Macheke and Daniel Akpeyi, while Golden Arrows’ Nkanyiso Mngwengwe will also miss his team’s clash against Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday.
