SuperSport United put in a clinical display in front of goal as they thumped Black Leopards 4-0 in the Absa Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
The hosts got off to a perfect start as James Keene grab his first goal for SuperSport with a close range finish inside the opening five minutes.
The lead was inches away from being doubled in the 18th minute when Marks Munyai's attempted clearance crashed against his own crossbar with King Ndlovu well beaten.
SuperSport's dominance paid off once again as the second goal arrived in the 32nd minute, with Aubrey Modiba turning home Evans Rusike's low cross.
Despite trailing by two goals, Leopards were always in the contest as they did manage to test SuperSport shot-stopper Ronwen Williams on a few occasions.
Leopards showed a lot more fight upon resumption in the second half, but it was Kaitano Tembo's charges who got the next goal as Rusike broke into the box and calmly slotted past Ndlovu.
Tembo then decided to withdraw Dean Furman for Phumlani Ntshangase, with the SuperSport skipper one yellow card away from missing the MTN8 final next weekend.
SuperSport rounded off the scoring in the 87th minute, with Keen completing his brace with a finish into an empty net after Ndlovu had dispossessed Rusike.
Here's how they lined up:
Subs: 32. Muleka, 6. Mudau, 3. Ndou, 17. Hlongwane, Nevhulamba, 10. Tshepe, 30. Mhlongo.
