Polokwane City registered their second Absa Premiership win of the season after defeating Free State Stars 1-0 at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Polokwane were looking to extend their unbeaten run to three matches, while Luc Eymeal's charges went in search of their second win of the campaign.
Ea Lla Koto got off to a promising start with Paulus Masehe going close to scoring after 12 minuets, while the likes of Sinethemba Jantjie and Patrick Phungwayo.
The visitors enjoyed most of the possession in the first half, but clear-cut chances were hard to come by.
However, it was Rise and Shine who got the breakthrough goal in the 38th minute, with Bongile Booi firing past Badra Ali Sangare.
Stars nearly hit back before the break but Harris Tchilimbou's header was saved by Polokwane shot-stopper George Chigova as the hosts went into the break leading.
Booi looked to bag his and Polokwane's second goal 10 minutes into the second half, but the forward pulled his low strike wide of the upright from close range.
The visitors pushed for an equaliser and they could have got one in the 77th minute, but Judas Moseamedi blazed high and wide as time began to run out.
Unfortunately for Stars, they were unable to find a way past the City defence as the score remained 1-0 to the hosts.
