Teams: University of Pretoria v Moroka Swallows
Date: 8 April 2014
Venue: Tuks Stadium
Both the University of Pretoria and Moroka Swallows will be looking to bounce back from defeats in their last league match when the two lock horns in the Absa Premiership at Tuks Stadium on Tuesday night.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 19h30.
Both teams are coming into the game off the back of defeats and are struggling in the league.
University of Pretoria have gone four league matches without a win and suffered a second successive loss when they were beaten 2-1 at home by Polokwane City on Saturday.
The result leaves them languishing in 13th place on the log with 28 points from their 25 matches.
Swallows have not been much better and suffered their fifth home loss of the season when they were beaten 1-0 by Ajax Cape Town on Friday.
That result has left the Birds placed 11th on the Absa Premiership log with 30 points from 25 matches.
In head-to-head stats, Tuks and Swallows have met in three league matches since 2012/13.
Each side has claimed a win apiece, and there has been one draw between the two clubs.
Tuks’ only previous home match against Swallows ended in a 1-1 draw in the second half of last season.
When the teams clashed earlier this season the Birds won 1-0 at home thanks to a goal from Lerato Chabangu.
