It got better for Aces on the stroke of halftime, as the Player of the Month for October, Collins Mbesuma, headed home Jayiya's corner for his sixth of the season.
The home side nearly extended their advantage shortly after the break but Sherwin Naicker was on hand to deny Mbesuma with a fine save.
Aces eventually got their third goal in the 55th minute when Judas Mosemaedi turned home a cross from Aubrey Modiba.
Jomo Sono's charges reduced the deficit in the 77th minute courtesy of a strike from Brice Aka. His first league goal of the season.
