Following his side’s 4-1 win over SuperSport United in an Absa Premiership match on Saturday night, Kaizer Chiefs attacking midfielder and ‘man of the match’ George Lebese says it is a result of hard work.
“It is all down to hard work and working hard in training,” said Lebese.
“My teammates are there for me and we are playing exciting football.
“We are happy we got the three points.
“Our coach (Steve Komphela) is one who likes to play football – the performance must be good, but he also wants results.
“Our hard work at training is paying off and we are getting the goals.”
Touching on the two goals he scored in the match against SuperSport, Lebese explained that it is all down to tenaciousness.
“It is all about getting in the box and being persistent, and I am getting the goals – so far so good for me,” concluded Lebese.
