On Saturday, Genoa will take on Juventus in the Italian Serie A. The home side drew their first league encounter and will be looking to collect three points, however, Juventus are eyeing the first spot on the log standings.

On Sunday, August 27, Real Madrid will host Valencia at the Santiago Bernabeu. Los Blancos are currently leading the pack and will be looking to stretch the lead, but their opponents are also level on points.

Liverpool will host Arsenal on Sunday, August 27 at Anfield. The Gunners have bagged three points from two matches, while the Reds have four from the same number of games.

Genoa v Juventus (Serie A)

League rankings: Genoa 13th & Juventus 3rd

Useful facts: Juventus have lost just one of their last 20 games in Serie A and have won four of their last six against Genoa, who, in turn, have won four of their last five games in all competitions and will not be short on confidence.

Thabo Mnyamane: Juve

Liverpool v Arsenal (Premier League)

League rankings: Liverpool 6th & Arsenal 12th

Useful facts: The Reds are undefeated in 26 of their last 28 Premier League games and have kept a clean sheet in five of their last six. Arsenal, meanwhile, conceded four goals so far this season, including a demoralising loss to Stoke. The Gunners have also won just one of their last six against Liverpool, but have won two, lost two and drawn two of their last six at Anfield.

Thabo Mnyamane: I’ll give it to Liverpool.

Real Madrid v Valencia (La Liga)

League rankings: Real Madrid 1st & Valencia 5th

Useful facts: Betting against the reigning champions would not be advisable, with Zinedine Zidane’s men winning their last six league matches and all of their four competitive games this season. However, Valencia won four of their last six and was also one of the few teams to have beaten the European champions in February.

Thabo Mnyamane: Real Madrid
