Today we see three fascinating clashes from the PSL and one from the Italian Serie A.

Golden Arrows v Kaizer Chiefs

Useful facts:After seeing the end of an eight-match winless run against Polokwane City on Sunday, Chiefs will come into their match against a Golden Arrows team that has only one win in their last eight matches. The last 18 games between the two see the chips fall overwhelmingly in Chiefs’ favour, with the Glamour Boys winning 13 of those games and losing just two.

SuperSport Utd v Polokwane City (Absa Premiership)

League Rankings:SuperSport 3rd & Polokwane 5th

Useful facts: Inthe last nine matches between Stuart Baxter’s team and this season’s surprise package, Polokwane, United have won five, losing just one. What will give them added confidence is that they still haven’t lost in the league since the opening match day back in August. Polokwane’s run of three wins from their last five will make them feel capable of victory, but having lost to Chiefs, Sundowns and Cape Town City this season, Luc Eymael may be concerned about how his team performs against the kind of top quality opposition that SuperSport have proven themselves to be this season.

Free State Stars v Cape Town City (Premier League)

League rankings:Free State Stars 16th & Cape Town City 1st

Useful facts:In the last 11 matches between the two teams, Cape Town City (formerly Mpumalanga Black Aces) have won five games, as opposed to Ea Lla Koto’s two. The major concern from the bottom of the table Stars team is that they’ve lost five out of their last seven games and to meet the team at the top of the table, who have lost only three games in the league all season, will be a very tough challenge indeed.

Inter Milan v Lazio (Premier League)

FIFA rankings:  Inter 7th & Lazio 3rd

Useful facts:Inter have won all of their last four home matches, while Lazio have lost only one of their last 12 in the league. Both have won four of their last six in the league overall, but Lazio boast the superior head-to-head record with three wins from their last six.
