A Mamelodi Sundowns striker is set to complete a move to Maritzburg United in the coming days.
It has been reported previously by the Siya crew that Maritzburg were showing a keen interest in Yannick Zakri, with it being revealed at the time that the Team of Choice were looking to secure the Ivorian’s signature in a deal which included Lebohang Maboe making the switch to the Chloorkop-based club.

The Brazilians have since secured the services of Maboe for an undisclosed fee, with it since being revealed to the Siya crew that Zakri will be making the move to the KwaZulu-Natal-based club.
The player has been absent from pre-season training with Sundowns since the end of his loan stint with Ajax Cape Town on June 30, with sources revealing that the 27-year-old had problems with his passport and visa, in order to make his return to Mzansi.
However, the player is set to have his paperwork finalised in the coming days, as he looks to complete his move to the Team of Choice.
