A few Premier League outfits are believed to be keen on the services of a Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper.
Thela Ngobeni made his return to the Brazilians after his loan spell with Free State Stars came to an end last month, June 30, with just one more year left on his contract with the Brazilians.
At this point in time, the 2018 Nedbank Cup winner with Ea Lla Koto’s immediate future with Sundowns remains unchanged where game-time is involved, with indications that he will be making the move away from Chloorkop-based in the upcoming July/August transfer window.
According to sources in the know, Cape Town City, Highlands Park and Ea Lla Koto are all believed to be interested in bringing the player to their camps in the 2018/19 season.
The source has added that Stars is expected to possibly make an offer for the player, with City and Highlands yet to make any formal approaches to Sundowns for Ngobeni.
With just one year left on his deal, indications are that Masandawana will be keen to sell the player in the upcoming July/August transfer window in order to avoid losing him penning a pre-contract elsewhere come January next year and leave on a free at the end of his deal on June 30.
