Ghanaian International Eyes PSL Switch

Ghana international, Thomas Abbey, is eyeing a move to South Africa’s Absa Premiership following his exit from Egyptian club, Ismaily.
The 24-year-old is currently on the hunt for the next chapter of his career after a tough season in the Egyptian Premier League, and his agent, Prince Arnold Hanson, says that he sees the Premier Soccer League as his next big step.
Speaking to the Siya crew this week, Hanson explained the situation surrounding the former Hearts of Oak star, who is no stranger to Mzansi having spent a short spell training with Ajax Cape Town earlier this year.
He said, “Yeah, Thomas Abbey Is a versatile player who we think can fit anywhere in a team… He would love to play in the Absa Premiership and right now we’re open to offers coming in from South African clubs.”
Abbey signed for Ismaily in January, however, decided to terminate his contract ahead of the 2018/19 season in Egypt.
