The January transfer window will officially close on Friday, January 31st and Soccer Laduma takes a look at eight players who are still linked with moves.
As reported in issue number 1157 of Soccer Laduma, Siya sources have indicated that Mamelodi Sundowns have reignited their interest in Cape Town City’s Edmilson Dove, this after the Brazilians lost out on bringing Aubrey Modiba to the Chloorkop-based club.
Bradley Grobler is another player being linked with a move to Sundowns, with Orlando Pirates also keen on the player, although it remains to be seen whether a move away from SuperSport will materialize for the striker before the January transfer window closes shut.
Lucky Mohomi is also believed to be on the move, with Matsatsantsa still keen on bringing the player on board.
Although not bound to the transfer window, former Chippa United forward, Rhulani Manzini is close to completing a move to Kelantan in Malaysia.
Zakhele Lepasa is also being linked with a loan move away from the Bucs, although it remains to be seen what will become of situation in the final days of the window.
Also at Pirates, Asavela Mbekile is being linked with a move to Chippa United, with Norman Mapeza keen on bringing in some experienced players to his side.
Siphesihle Ndlovu is also being linked with a return to Maritzburg United, although as revealed this week, the situation would be complex, if ever a move away would materialize.
Also revealed in the past week by the Siya crew, Pirates are showing keen interest in Bonginkosi Ntuli and are believe to be on the verge of putting in a bid for the player.
Now it remains to be seen which of the aforementioned moves could materialize in the coming days.
