Rakhale Pops Up In Turkey, Keen To Land Move
Thabo Rakhale Is Looking To Secure A Move To Turkey
Former Orlando Pirates midfielder, Thabo Rakhale, has popped up in Turkey as he looks to secure a move for himself to Europe with İstanbulspor.
The 28-year-old attacker, who is famed for his skills on the field, is currently contracted to Chippa United, however is currently in Turkey as he seeks a move overseas to test himself against a different set of players.
Rakhale played 13 games for Chippa last season as he struggled to secure a regular starting berth with the Chilli Boys, and was recently linked with an exit as Kaizer Chiefs reportedly showed an interest in bringing him on board.
As things stand though, it appears that the attacker’s main priority is to impress the technical team at İstanbulspor, and today he was handed a spot in the starting XI as they played a friendly game against Adanaspor. They won 2-0.
It remains to be seen if Rakhale will be able to secure himself a move to the TFF First League, but also how much Chippa will want in return if they are to consider selling their trickster ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.
