Word reaching the Siya crew is that supporters could be allowed to attend the DStv Compact Cup this weekend.
According to information received by the crew, tickets for the competition will not be sold, and will instead be given to MultiChoice customers as the cup is the "viewers' choice".
It's understood that the PSL has approved that there will be up to 2000 spectactors at the Moses Mabhida Stadium for the competition.
Earlier this season, the PSL allowed fully vaccinated supporters to attend the MTN8 final between Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City at Moses Mabhida Stadium and it's believed the same thing will be done this weekend.
The semi-final matches of the Compact Cup were confirmed by the PSL, with Coastal United facing Dinaledi in the first match on Saturday at 15h00. Warriors will take on Ambutho at 18h00.
The third place play-off and final will be played on January 29 at FNB Stadium.
