According to Siya sources, Mnisi is said to be in talks with no less than two unnamed clubs as he looks to complete the deal before the new season kicks off.
Details of the purchase of the potential club is still under wraps, but it is understood that trials for potential players at the new club have already commenced.
With Highlands Park being renamed and relocated to the Mpumalanga province, it is understood that the new club will be based in Tembisa as he looks to keep football in the football-passionate community.
The move came about after Mnisi was embroiled in a legal dispute with his fellow shareholders, Larry Brookstone and Brad Kaftel, over the sale of the Lions of the North to Tim Sukazi.
Despite his best efforts, Mnisi could not prevent the club from being sold. Shortly after the deal was concluded, TS Galaxy announced via their social media channels that they are officially a DSTV Premiership outfit.
The Siya crew will be keeping a close eye on matters, which should become clearer in the coming days.
