Former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Jackson Mabokgwane is believed to be among players who were not happy with the move to KZN from Bloemfontein after Royal AM bought the status of Siwelele.
According to insiders, Mabokgwane looks likely to depart the KZN club.
It is understood that the keeper has asked for his clearance with both parties look set to part ways on mutual agreement.
"Mabokgwane is one of those players who were still in discussions (regarding) contracts with Royal AM, which resulted to delayed payments," a source told the Siya crew.
"It seems like he wasn't happy (with the) move to KZN and looks like he won't be playing for Royal AM."
Despite attempts by the Siya crew, the club as well as player could not be reached for comment.
