A former Royal AM striker has impressed Lamontville Golden Arrows after weeks of assessment, with deals understood to be concluded in the coming days.
As previously reported by the Siya crew, Sera Motebang is in Durban with hopes of securing a contract with Abafana Bes'thende, after being released by Royal AM earlier this month.
According to insiders, the player impressed the Arrows technical team, with the likelihood of a deal set to be completed before the close of this transfer window on Monday.
"The player impressed coach Lehlohonolo Seema, it was expected as they know each other," a source reveals.
Abafana Bes'thende are also working to promote new players from the club's Diski Challenge side and sources have indicated that there are also plans to bring in youngsters from amateur side, Umlazi Trouble Tigers.
