A DStv Premiership outfit is angered by reports linking former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Hlompho Kekana with the club, as the veteran player is expected to find a new home in the coming weeks after leaving Chloorkop.
In recent weeks, Kekana has been linked with a few clubs in Mzansi’s topflight, including Royal AM and Baroka FC.

Speaking to the Siya crew, an insider at Royal AM who spoke on condition of anonymity said they are not happy about the the club’s name being linked with players who are not part of their plans.
“The reports about Hlompho Kekana joining Royal AM is a blatant lie. The club is busy making decisions on players leaving and those that are likely to join but Hlompho hasn’t been mentioned in any of the discussions. People shouldn’t try to get players a deal by using the name of our club as that is not right,” said the source.
