Pirates to consider Lyle Foster swap deal for Jeremy Brockie
Orlando Pirates could look to use their starlet Lyle Foster in order to land the signature of SuperSport United striker Jeremy Brockie, according to Siya sources at the club.
The Siya crew revealed this past week that the Buccaneers had submitted a bid for the 30-year-old New Zealand-born striker. It is no secret that the club is looking to bolster their attack, with team yet to replace Tendai Ndoro, following his exit from the Soweto giants.
Siya sources close to the Bucs camp have now indicated that the club could offer a player plus cash in order to sweeten the deal, in an attempt to land Brockie.
According to sources, the deal may constructed to include a cash component and loan deal for Foster, who would head in the opposite direction.
Pirates are wanting to add an experienced striker to their roster, and according to sources, Brockie is the primary target. They has been linked to Leonardo Castro, however he has since signed for Kaizer Chiefs.
