News reaching the Siya crew is that Orlando Pirates are pushing for a move for Bidvest Wits midfielder, Ben Motshwari.

In the 1057th edition of Soccer Laduma, the Siya crew reported that Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns were keen on the midfielder.

Siya sources have indicated the Soweto giants are pushing for a move for Motshwari and are looking to conclude a deal before the transfer window closes on Wednesday

The Buccaneers have only brought in Diamond Thopola and Phetso Maphanga  from Chippa United in the January transfer window.

The 26-year-old has struggled for regular game time with the Clever Boys this season, having only made six appearances in the Absa Premiership.

Surely the editor is confused now, ever since the transfer window opened, he has been feeding us wth wrong information, its time he stopped, may be OP never really wanted these players! If its true then Orlando Pirates should stop trying to trade with these teams who seem to have a problem when when Pirates enquire abt one of their players, they refuse bt when its the other teams its ok! Eg Sundowns, they wanted Manyisa, they got Manyisa and when Pirates wanted Ngele, they refused even though the player has not kick the ball for whole season! Plokwane cty refused to sell Mncwango and he never kick the ball whole season! Now he is at Wits, Xola Mlambo has not kick the ball for a while now but they are either refusing to sell him or they want the player that is still playing key to Pirates in Mobara, Maritzburg refusing with their player bt its understandable, its high time Pirates abondon the trading wth these team and look for players in NFD for specific position as it has been its tradition.they never really bought household names, they have a good coach they must make use of him in finding players from. Our development team. where is Talent Scout for finding players foe specific positions? Management must seriously look at these points.

If Pirates are not able to get Hlatshwayo, Xola Mlambo and Ben Motswari, they mst forget about them and forget about Wits and other teams forget about Agents but use old player Jerry Skhosana to find a special player specifically striker, use Mark Fish to find one a special player with the attributes of a good central defender, this is a solution instead of promoting other countries by bringing their average players to our country and limit chances of our own. But if there is a special foreign player, by all means the clubs would benefit not average foreigners.

All of Pirates big players in history were never bought with big money but were created by the club.Kaizer, Chippa Moloi, Scara Sono, Jomo Sono, webster Lechaba, Jerry Sadike, Tebogo Moloi,Jerry Skhosana!!! The list is endless, we want players who have passion of playing for the club not those who come with reputation and become one season wonder
