Kudakwashe Mahachi will be unveiled as one of the new players for Orlando Pirates after the winger has parted ways with Mamelodi Sundowns.
After three seasons of playing for Golden Arrows on loan from Sundowns, Mahachi is set to finally leave KwaZulu-Natal and start a new chapter of his professional career in Gauteng, with Pirates.

The Buccaneers are expected to officially unveil the winger as one of the new players ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.
“It was a club-to-club agreement between Pirates and Sundowns. The player will be at Pirates,” said the source.
According to the source, Oupa Manyisa was the catalyst that allowed Mahachi’s move to Bucs, after the club’s former captain was sold to Sundowns in August last year, although there has been no official confirmation from either Bucs or Downs regarding that.

Mahachi’s move to Bucs has already also been confirmed by club chairman Irvin Khoza, as quoted in the media.
The 24-year-old Zimbabwean has been a transfer target for Pirates for some time. Arrows coach Clinton Larsen has already made peace with losing the player, as plans for a new season at the KwaZulu-Natal outfit are underway.
