Bucs are seemingly chasing the striker with a view of adding him to coach Milutin Sredojevic’s team, as reported. Having recently left Bucs, after attending a trial with the side, the 18-year-old went on to impress with his performance for the Malawi U23 team.
Banda was on the score-sheet as Malawi U23s eliminated the Botswana U23 team from the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers with a 3-2 aggregate score line.
The match in which Banda scored ended in a 1-1 draw. It was played in Blantyre, Malawi, on Tuesday.
