The injury suffered by an Orlando Pirates striker has hindered his fine start to the 2018/19 season in the National First Division.
Ayanda Nkosi, who is on loan at Jomo Cosmos for the current campaign, is struggling with a knee injury. The forward has already missed three consecutive matches for Ezenkosi due to the injury, as confirmed by the club.

Following his impressive start to the season, after he scored a goal on debut for Jomo Sono's side against TS Galaxy, Nkosi had his unfortunate moment when he picked up a knee injury that has delayed his progress.
As confirmed by Ezenkosi, Nkosi, Russian defender Grigorii Grishin and goalkeeper Mwenya Chibwe are among players to be assessed by the medical team ahead of next weekend’s match against Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC.

Nkosi, 25, joined Pirates from Free State Stars in 2016, will aim to impress with his performances at Cosmos to convince the Buccaneers for an extended stay with the club. He is currently in the final year of his three-year contract with the Soweto giants.
