The 2018/19 season might still be in its early stages, but the Siya crew has learnt that Orlando Pirates are linked with another player from Black Leopards.
At the end of last season, Pirates signed Meshack Maphangule from Leopards after he impressed with his performances for the Limpopo outfit in their promotion-winning campaign.

The Buccaneers are now linked with Leopards’ Joseph Mhlongo, as reported in edition 1090 of Soccer Laduma.
“Pirates is monitoring the progress of Joseph Mhlongo and don’t be surprised if the club makes a move for him in January or at the end of the season. He scored a stunning goal against Pirates and it seems that it has boosted his chances of a future move to the club. The boy was congratulated by some members of the Pirates team for his performance after their match,” said a source.

As confirmed by the source in the know, Mhlongo’s contract with Leopards runs until 2020. The player was previously linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs.
