Orlando Pirates Defender Attracts PSL Interest
Orlando Pirates defender, Justice Chabalala, is attracting interest from clubs in the PSL.
It was recently reported by the Siya crew that Pirates is contemplating sending Justice Chabalala out on loan again, for a second successive season.
The defender has battled to make it into Coach Milutin Sredojevic’s line-ups at Pirates this season. The 25-year-old has been playing for Pirates’ MultiChoice Diski Challenge side and in friendly matches for the first team.
Chippa United are said to be keen on the player, having seen his qualities when he played for them in the second half of last season on loan from Pirates.
According to sources, Chippa are joined by Chabalala’s former team Free State Stars in their interest in the centre-back.
“Justice Chabalala is likely to be sent on loan again in January. Pirates are expected to make a decision on him at the end of the year. Chippa United and Free State Stars are watching the situation with him at Pirates with interest,” said the source.
Chabalala and his Bucs’ MDC side teammates lost 2-1 against Baroka FC in their match on the weekend.
