Pirates To Follow Sundowns Into Foreign Pre-Season?

Word reaching the Siya crew is that Orlando Pirates could mix up their pre-season preparations this season by going on tour outside of South Africa for the first time.
The Buccaneers are currently undergoing a resurgence at the club as Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic took them back into the CAF Champions League in his first season, causing fans of the club to have high hopes for the 2018/19 campaign.
Now, according to Siya sources, there are talks to potentially have camps both inside and outside of Mzansi when the team reconvenes to start preparing for the upcoming season.
Mamelodi Sundowns have previously opted to take part of their pre-season outside of South Africa’s borders, and suggestions are that the Buccaneers are considering following suit as they look to get their players in peak condition for the challenges ahead as they delve back into continental football.
Bucs are due back for testing and the start of their pre-season on June 18th, with an announcement also expected in the coming weeks regarding their playing squad for next season.
