Pirates Set To Offer Qalinge A New Deal
Orlando Pirates Are Believed To Be In The Process Of Offering Thabo Qalinge A New Deal
Orlando Pirates are believed to be finalising an extended deal for Thabo Qalinge.
As reported in the past, Siya sources revealed that Pirates exercised their added option on Qalinge’s deal, with the winger on the books of the Buccaneers since 2014.
Now, according to sources in the know, Bucs are looking to offer the 26-year-old a new and improved contract, after the player has since properly established himself as a regular in the team.
Sources added that Pirates are looking to secure the player’s services until, at least, 2020.
However, Qalinge is currently still on the sidelines due to injury and it remains to be seen whether he will make a return before the end of the 2017/18 campaign.
Pirates are currently second place on the Absa Premiership league standings and have also secured spot next round of the Nedbank Cup competition.
